Accurate L-Arginine Info? |
|
Question: |
RE: L-Arginine Hello, Dr. Michael: I just noticed your response on Pg 4 of this newsletter in regard to the bioavailability of L-Arginine in capsule form. This is a site I wanted to ask you about, as they're contradicting what you have said here (about the efficacy of L-Arginine in capsule form). I know you to be one of the world's most revered nutritional authorities, so I thought I should ask you to see whether there was any credibility in the info on this page: http://www.arginineresearch.com/ClinicalBenefits.htm#SafeFormsofLArginine This is the page where they're debunking having L-Arginine in capsule form: http://www.arginineresearch.com/ClinicalBenefits.htm#UnacceptableFormsofLArginine Thank you so much, Dr. Michael for your help. I have 100% confidence in your reply. Larry

Answer: |
| Hi Larry: As already answered, arginine is fine in capsule form, or tablet form, or powder form. Just because something is on the Internet does not make it true. Anyone can post information on the internet. For accurate scientific information use the National Library of Medicine's online site called PubMed. It is free. CI |
