This program provides you with a system of weight training that fits with human physiology and the science of strength and speed development. It gives you all you need to know to re-build yourself as a body of power.
These are the Workbooks for Dr. Colgan's workout system, (explained fully in his book The New Power Program), which take you past the information available in the book.
For Level One (first year) we have available the Extension-Connection Cycle (eight week program) and the Strength-Stabilization Cycle (ten week program).
For Level Two (second year) we have available the Extension-Connection Cycle (eight week program) and the Strength-Stabilization Cycle (ten week program).
Each workbook comes with full pictures and explanations, plus sheets to record your workout progress.
Workbooks are available in two formats: we will ship the printed workout book, or you can download them and print them out yourself.
