Whether their sport is football, baseball, soccer, lacrosse or golf the varsity athlete has special dietary needs to meet the stress of athletic & academic performance. We have designed the Teen Athlete Daily Pack too specifically meet their needs. This pack contains all necessary vitamin, mineral and antioxidants for overall health with a green foods base which includes all important phytonutrients. To this we have added additional calcium, magnesium, boron & vitamin C for bone health; B-Complex and chromium picolinate for their role in energy production and controlling glucose production; vitamin E and additional antioxidants to protect the body from free radical damage and iron from iron carbonyl (Ferronyl®), folic acid (Metafolin®) & vitamin B12 for hemoglobin production – hemoglobin is a facilitator of oxygen use and storage in the muscles as myoglobin.
